Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our website. By using our website www.ohbambino.co.nz and/or placing an order you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Pricing:

• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, changes will not affect orders which we have already been processed.
• Oh Bambino Baby Boutique is currently not GST registered, so we do not charge GST.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

• All items are thoroughly checked before being sent, if by any chance you do receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us at hi@ohbambino.co.nz within 7 days to arrange a replacement, credit note or refund.
• If possible please take a photo of the fault.
• All items returned as faulty will be inspected first and any items that appear to have been used by the customer or damaged will not be accepted as faulty.
